Liza Falato; Whole Family Consulting Founder

Liza Falato - Founder

Liza Falato is dedicated to empowering students to achieve their highest potential. With over fifteen years of experience, Liza is a seasoned educator in both private and public education. Liza holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Pre-Law, along with a Master’s in Special Education, specializing in teaching children with Autism. Her teaching certifications cover Elementary and Special Education (K-12), Psychology, and English.

Liza has taught students across various grades and education levels, recognizing the challenges some face within the complex educational system. Motivated by the realization that some students don't receive the necessary educational support, Liza founded Whole Family Consulting. Liza advocates for students and parents to ensure they receive appropriate educational testing and placement.

Driven by her passion for children, Liza has expanded Whole Family Consulting to include coaching, particularly during the challenging middle and high school years. Recognizing the stress and pressure students undergo, she assists them in setting personal and academic goals, providing strategies to reduce anxiety and build confidence. Her aim is to guide students in making healthy life choices, opening broader future possibilities, and fostering improved learning outcomes.

Liza resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children. Beyond her educational and legal pursuits, Liza is actively involved in New Hope, an organization supporting first-time single mothers. Liza is a certified Paralegal and Life Coach and a proud member of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), the NJ Paralegal Association, and the International Association of Professional Coaches (IAPRC).
